- TOPIK Level 3, Sookmyung Global Language Institute Level 4 completion, TOEFL iBT level 3.5 (59~71), or IELTS 5.5

- Admitted through the foreign-student track (both parents foreign) and selected through the World Regional Core Talent scholarship process
- Evaluated on language score (100%); selected without separate application
- Language scores submitted after the interview date are not considered for the entrance scholarship
