Support duration: Master's and doctoral up to 4th semester; integrated up to 8th semester
Living support: No monthly living payment stated.

Nationality: Must meet the university’s international-admission nationality requirements; check the intake guide.
Other conditions: Graduate recommended by a designated partner institution with a formal agreement (e.g. Inha University in Tashkent, Baku Engineering University)
Up to 10 per partner institution, subject to committee approval
