• Letter of Recommendation for a Researcher on an External Research Project (Form 7) from the (prospective) supervising professor, submitted at application and every semester
• Not provided to science/engineering students in credit-based (non-thesis) master's programmes
• A foreign government scholarship recipient can be excluded from Sejong scholarships
• Short-term programmes are not eligible; duplicate scholarships not permitted
